流式细胞仪在动物疫病检测中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了流式细胞仪(Flow Cytometry,FCM)的主要构造和工作原理。结合本职工作介绍了流式细胞仪在动物疫病检测、免疫学中的应用;以鸡外周血CD4+、CD8+、CD4/CD8分析结果和鸡外周血淋巴细胞亚群分析结果为例,介绍了该仪器在动物疫病检测研究中的作用;在信号的显示和分析方面着重介绍了双参数数据显示和分析中的荧光测定值。This paper introduces the main structure and the principle of work of Flow Cytometry（FCM）.The union labor of duty introduces flows the type cell meter to examine,in the immunology application at the animal epidemic disease.One takes chicken circumference blood CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4/CD8 analysis result and the chicken circumference blood lymphocyte subgroup analysis result as the example,and introduces this instrument examines in the research at the animal epidemic disease.One also introduces in the double parameter data display and the analysis fluorescence determination value emphatically in the signal demonstration and the analysis aspect.
