摘　　要：分析了游梁式抽油机曲柄销的失效形式。指出曲柄销失效的主要原因是 :(1 )曲柄销轴承运转不良使曲柄销承受较大扭矩 ;(2 )曲柄销与锥套接触不好 ,二者间出现了松动。由曲柄销的断口分析 ,可见弯曲、扭转疲劳破坏的特征 。Failure patterns of crank pin on beam pumping unit are analyzed in this paper It is pointed out that the failure of the pin is mainly caused by(1) the bear of the pin being endured bigger twist for its badly working and (2)the loose contacts between the pin and the tapered surface The feature of the bending failure and the torsion failure from the fracture of the pin was obtained and the mechanism was analyzed
