摘　　要：目的:探讨普通X线机升级成DR系统的方法及其应用价值。方法:利用CANON公司的CX-DI-50G平板探测器,东芝高频X线机,图像工作站进行图像处理。结果:升级后的图像质量比传统图像清晰度高,满足临床诊断需要,与医院PACS、RIS系统联网。结论:基于普通X线机升级成DR升级系统,提高了影像质量,降低了医院购置设备成本,避免造成不必要地浪费,有一定的推广和应用价值。ObjectiveThis paper introduces the development of ordinary X -ray machine upgrade to digital radiography （DR） system and its application. Methods： make use of CANON CXDI - 50G fiat panel detector, Toshiba X high - frequency machine, image workstation for image processing. Results： after the upgrade of the image quality compared to conventional high image definition, to meet the needs of clinical diagnosis, and PACS, RIS system networking. Conclusion： based on ordinary X machine upgrade to DR upgrade system, improve the image quality, reduce nosoeomial acquisition of equipment cost, avoid unnecessary waste, and has a certain popularization and applieation value.
