摘　　要：目的:解决临床医疗急需、方便百姓就诊、降低医疗设备维修成本,保证医疗安全质量及诊疗工作的正常开展。方法:利用社会资源,专业化队伍服务于医院,以实现真正意义上的医疗设备维修保养的社会化、专业化、规范化管理。结果:医院通过医疗设备专业队伍的服务与实践工作,使医疗设备维修管理水平得到了极大提高,临床科室对医疗设备的维修保养、巡检等服务效果给予充分肯定,服务满意度达到98%以上。结论:医院医疗设备整体管理水平、设备开机率、临床服务满意度等效果证明,医疗设备专业队伍服务于医院的管理模式是一种先进的、可行的、成熟的医疗设备维修管理模式,具有推广意义。Objective： To meet the needs of clinical work by reducing cost of medical equipment maintenance to guarantee medical safety and improve the quality of medical care. Methods： The hospital use the social resources and professional team to serve the hospital to realize the socialized, professional and standardized management of the medical equipment maintenance. Results： Through professional teams of medical equipment service and practice work, the maintenance of medical equipment management level in the hospital has beengreatly improved, Clinical department for medical equipment maintenance of services must be given full effect to achieve a service satisfaction rate of over 98%. Conclusion： Overall management of the hospital medical equipment, equipment operation rate, clinical service satisfaction results prove that the professional teams of medical equipment management services in hospitals is a feasible and, advanced mode. It can be widely employed.
