摘　　要：[目的]总结下肢静脉曲张病人行微创刨吸术的护理。[方法]对62例下肢静脉曲张病人行微创刨吸术,同时加强围术期护理。[结果]均顺利手术,术后未出现伤口和肢体软组织感染,出现皮下淤斑病人均在1周～4周消退。[结论]加强下肢静脉曲张病人行微创刨吸术的护理,是手术成功的保证。Obiective.To summarize the nursing care of patients with varicose vein of lower extremity undergoing minimally invasive plane aspiration surgery. Methods. A total of 62 cases of patients with varicose vein of lower extremity accepted minimally invasive plane aspiration surgery, at the same time, the perioperative nursing was strengthened for them. Results：All operations were successful, and no wounds and soft tissue infections occurred after operation. The subcutaneous ecchymosis occurred in patients subsided in 1-4 weeks. Conclusion.. To strengthen the nursing care f patients with varicose vein of lower extremity undergoing minimally invasive plane aspiration surgery is the guarantee of successful operation.
