摘　　要：[目的]探讨植入式静脉输液港在肿瘤化疗病人中的应用,总结其护理措施。[方法]对15例肿瘤化疗病人应用静脉输液港,同时加强护理。[结果]15例病人均置管成功,其中经锁骨下静脉13例,颈内静脉2例;术后行X线片确定导管末端位置及观察有无血气胸等并发症,术后24h后才能输液。[结论]植入式输液港在临床应用中可随时建立静脉通道,避免反复穿刺静脉;加强肿瘤化疗病人应用静脉输液港的护理,是手术成功的保证。Objective： To probe into the application of implantable venous port for tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy, and to summarize the nursing measures. Methods： A total of 15 cases of tumor patients undergo- ing chemotherapy used implantable venous port. At the same time, we strengthened the nursing for them. Results： All 15 patients got successful catheterization, 13 cases accepted catheterization per the subclavian vein and two cases of patients used the catheterization per internal jugular vein. Then we determined the end of the catheter position by X - ray and observed whether the pneumothorax and other complications occurred or not. Conclusion： The clinical application of implantable venous port can establish the intravenous access at any time, and avoid repeated venepuncture; to strengthen the nursing care of implantable venous port in tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy is the guarantee of successful operations.
