摘　　要：应用演化博弈论研究了房地产市场交易中交易主体的动态博弈行为.构建了基于非对称博弈的房产交易演化博弈模型,根据复制者动态,分析了3种情况下的演化稳定策略.结果显示一旦房产调控政策发挥应有的作用,中国房产市场将趋于平稳、理性发展.This research adopted the Evolutionary Game Theory to analyze the dynamic game behavior of the transaction subjects and set up an evolutionary game model of real estate transaction based on asymmetric games. Through a study of the replicator dynamics, the research analyzed the evolutionary stable strategy in three situations. The results have showed that once the control policies for real estate play its due role, the real estate market will develop steadily and rationally.
