摘　　要：目的:建立胡黄连中胡黄连苷Ⅰ的含量测定方法。方法:采用双波长薄层色谱扫描法。结果:胡黄连苷I在0.605～3.025μg范围内呈良好的显性关系,回归方程Y=1431.7X+189.67,r=0.999,平均回收率98.37%,RSD=1.90%。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,精密度好。The objective of this thesis is to establish the quantitative method ot Picroslde -I in Plcrorhlza. TLC scanning method was selected. The results are that the calibration curves of Picroside - I was in good linearity from 0. 605 μg to 3. 025 μg , and the regression equation being Y = 1431.7X ＋ 189.67 （ r = 0. 999 ）, the average re- covery was 98.37% ,RSD = 1.90%. therefore, the conclusion is drawn that this method was simple, accurate and with a good precision.
