泰安市小学生肥胖症现况及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨泰安市小学儿童肥胖症分布,分析儿童肥胖症的危险因素。方法采取分层整群抽样调查方法,对研究对象的体重指数(BMI)采用多元统计方法评价小学生肥胖症可能的危险因素。结果小学生BMI呈正偏态分布。泰安市小学生肥胖症总检出率为8.21%,男性与女性检出率分别为13.14%和5.22%,性别间比较(χ2=33.323,P=0.000)检出率差异有统计学意义。多因素Logistic回归结果显示,性别、体育锻炼、饮食无规律、蔬菜摄入情况、父亲肥胖、母亲肥胖等因素与小学生肥胖症有关。结论小学生肥胖受性别、遗传、生活方式的影响。Objective： To investigate the distribution of Taian City primary school children＇s obesity,and analyze the risk factors of the children＇s obesity.Methods：With stratified cluster sampling survey and multivariate statistical methods,the possible risk factors of body mass index（BMI） for obesity of pupils were studied.Results：The pupils＇ BMI were positively skewed distribution.In Taian City,the total detection rate of primary obesity was 8.21%,men and women were detected in 13.14% and 5.22%,difference in the gender（χ2=33.323,P=0.000） was statistically significant in the detection rate.Logistic regression showed the factors that affected primary obesity were gender,physical exercise,irregular diet,vegetable intake,obesity of the father,obesity of the mother,and so on.Conclusion： The obesity of the primary pupils is mainly affected by gender,genetic and lifestyle.
