通心络对2型糖尿病患者血清IL-1β、TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨通心络对2型糖尿病患者血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法66名2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,对照组给予控制血糖、控制血压等常规治疗,实验组在此基础上加用通心络,干预14周,测定两组治疗前后的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平。结果实验组干预后的血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平较对照组显著下降(P<0.05),糖化血红蛋白、血脂在两组间无显著差异。结论通心络能显著降低2型糖尿病患者的血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平,提示其可减轻2型糖尿病患者的血管炎症反应。Objective： To explore the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the serum IL-1β and TNF-α in the patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods： Sixty-six diabetic patients were randomly divided into the two groups： control group and experimental group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy,including glucose and blood pressure control et al.For patients in the experimental group Tongxinluo capsule was added besides routine therapy.The study lasted for 14 weeks.Fasting serum glucose,HbA1c,serum lipids,serum IL-1β and TNF-α were measured before and after treatment.Results： Compared with the control group,levels of serum IL-1β and TNF-α were reduced significantly in the experimental group（P0.05）.No significant difference between two groups was observed for HbA1c and serum lipids.Conclusion： Tongxinluo capsule can remarkably lower serum IL-1β and TNF-α in the patients with type 2 diabetes,suggesting that it has the effect of alleviating the inflammatory reaction in vascular vessels.
