利福平注射液联合丙种球蛋白治疗难治性坠积性肺炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨利福平注射液联合丙种球蛋白治疗难治性坠积性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,观察组每日以利福平注射液450 mg加入5%葡萄糖500 ml中静脉滴注,丙种球蛋白0.4 g/(kg.d)静脉滴注5天,对照组联合应用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠3.0及左氧氟沙星0.4各加入0.9%氯化钠250 ml静脉滴注,疗程均为10天。结果观察组显效15例,有效23例,无效7例,总有效率84.4%。对照组显效8例,有效16例,无效21天,总有效率53.3%。两组对比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论利福平注射液联合丙种球蛋白治疗难治性坠积性肺炎疗效肯定,值得临床应用。Objective： To explore the clinic curative effect of rifampicin infection（RFP） united with human gramma globulin（HGG） to cure refractory hypostatic pneumonia.Methods： Ninety sufferers were divided into two groups with 45 in each group.The observation group received RFP 450mg mixed with 5% Glucose injection 500ml and human globulin gramma globulin（HGG） 0.4 g/（Kg·d） for five days.The comparison groups received Cefoperazone and Sulbactam connected 3.0 with Levofloxacin 0.4 mixed with Sodinm chloride Injection,with the therapeutic course in all the groups for ten days.Results： In the observation group 15 examples showed observable effect,23 examples responded and 7 examples had no effect,and all efficient rate was 84.4%.In the comparison group 8 examples showed observable effect,16xamplesresponded and 21 exampleshad no effect and all efficient rate was 53.3%.There were observable differences between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion： The curative effect of RFP united with Human globulin gramma globulin（HGG） to cure refractory hypostatic pneumonia is affirmed,which deserves to be used clinically.
