年龄及高血压水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究年龄及高血压水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(intima-media thiekness,IMT)的相关性。方法将112例高血压病患者按血压水平及年龄分组,检测IMT及斑块,分析血压水平及年龄与IMT的关系。结果 IMT随血压的升高及年龄的增加而增加,各组间差异有统计学意义(F=9.10,P<0.01;F=47.18,P<0.001);斑块检出率随血压的升高及年龄的增加而增加,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.316,P<0.001;χ2=21.442,P<0.001);年龄及血压水平与IMT进行相关性分析显示,收缩压水平在<60岁组与IMT呈正相关(r=0.539,P=0.000),≥60岁组两者无相关(r=0.304,P>0.05);舒张压水平在<60岁组与IMT呈正相关(r=0.387,P<0.001),≥60岁组两者呈负相关(r=-0.391,P<0.05)。结论 IMT及斑块检出率随血压升高及年龄的增加而增加,年龄是更为重要的危险因素。Objective To study the correlation of age and blood pressure with carotid artery intima-media thickness（IMT）.Methods 112 patients suffered with hypertension were divided into different groups according to blood pressure and age.Carotid artery IMT and plaques were measured.The correlation of blood pressure and age with IMT were analyzed.Results IMT increased with elevated blood pressure and increasing age.There were statistically significant differences between these groups（F=9.10,P0.01;F=47.18,P0.001）.Plaque detection rate also increased with elevated blood pressure and increasing age.There were statistically significant differences between these groups（χ2=15.316,P0.001;χ2= 21.442,P0.001）.Systolic blood pressure had a positive correlation to IMT in the age group below 60（r=0.539,P=0.000）,while no correlation was found in the age group above 60（r=0.304,P0.05）.Diastolic blood pressure had a positive correlation to IMT in the age group below 60,while a negative correlation was found in the age group above 60（r=-0.391,P0.05）.Conclusion IMT and plaque detection rate will increase with increasing blood pressure and age,and age is a more important risk factor.
