细旦牵伸丝网络工艺的探讨

摘　　要：本文主要介绍细旦牵伸丝网络工艺的特点。从试验结果来看,在现有设备特别是网络喷嘴的条件下,还不能取代上浆工序,但能省略加捻工序,对缩短织前准备工艺流程具有一定的实用价值。同时还分析细旦牵伸丝网络工艺的参数。The characteristics of entanglement network technique of fine denier draft filament areintroduced in this paper,from our experiments,it is shown that in the condition of theequipment with special network nozzle,the sizing process can not be omitted,but the twistingprocess can be omitted,which can shorten the preparation process.The parameters of entan-glement network technique for processing fine denier draft filament are also analysed.
