后内侧钢板在胫骨平台SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型应用

摘　　要：目的探讨切开复位内固定治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型内后髁骨折的手术技术及疗效。方法 SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型中内后髁骨折23例采用外侧支持钢板+内后侧有限接触钢板固定。结果本组伤口感染1例,为开放性骨折,1例因排异反应伤口渗出,6周后伤口愈合,无1例出现皮瓣坏死。21例获得随访,随访时间13～28个月,全部骨折均临床愈合,无植骨坏死发生,根据HSS[1]评分标准,优13例,良5例,可2例,差1例,优良率85.7%,平均分84.8分,完全负重时间2～4个月,平均3.2个月。结论术前全面的系统评估病情,严格把握手术适应症,合适的手术方法,适时的康复训练,疗效满意。Object Approach surgical technic and therapeutic effect on treating postero-medial femoral condyle fracture of tibial plateau of SchttzkerVand VI by open reduction and fixation. Methods Postero-medial femoral condyle fracture oftibial plateau of SehatzkerVand VI 23eases, internal fixation by supporting steel plate at lateral aspect and limited contact point steel plate at postero-medial. Results The group wound infection in 1 case was open fractuer, 1 case with wound exudate rejection, healing after 6 weeks, no case of flap necrosis. 21 cases were followed up, Follow-up time 13 to 28 months, All fractures were healed without bone necrosis, according to the HSS score, excellent in 13 cases, good in 5 cases, 2 cases and poor in 1 case, good rate of 85.7%, average 84.8 points, full weight beating for 2-4 months, an average of 3.2 months. Conclusion Preoperative assessment of overall condition of the system, strictly the indications for surgery, appropriate surgical approach, timely rehabilitation training, treatment satisfaction.
