构建高校党建工作项目化管理长效机制

摘　　要：党建工作项目化管理机制是探索全面加强基层党组织建设的新途径。主要是指各基层党组织紧密围绕学校中心工作,结合工作实际,以充分发挥党委政治核心作用、党支部战斗堡垒作用和广大党员先锋模范作用为根本,以不断丰富基层党组织活动的形式和内容为手段,以项目实施对党建工作的实际促进效应和项目实施所取得的实践成果作为检验评价的标准,进而推动高校党组织活动形式更加丰富,实效不断增强。Party constructive working management by project is a new approach to explore new approaches to strengthen substrate party organization construction comprehensively.That primarily indicates that various subbase party organizations should make efforts to surround the school tightness by incorporating work practiceto give the reins to party committee politics core action and take the party branch combat fortress function and vastness party members＇ pioneer exemplary role fundamentality.In order to impel the party organization activity＇s pattern more enrichment and continual enhancement of university＇s actual effect,we should take substrate party organization actives form and content continual fullness as the instruments and take practice efforts of party construction work＇s practice accelerating effect and project implementation as verifying evaluation＇s criteria.
