摘 要:为了使玉米芯中半纤维素充分水解,笔者采用响应面法(RSM),以玉米芯中木糖得率为考察指标,对玉米芯半纤维素水解条件进行优化。结果表明,在固液比(w/v)为1:10时,玉米芯半纤维素最佳水解条件为温度119.8℃、时间1.5h、1.16%硫酸(v/v),在此条件下玉米芯木糖得率为0.31g/g。通过对玉米芯半纤维素水解条件的优化,提高了玉米芯木糖得率,为玉米芯半纤维素的充分水解奠定了基础,具有重要应用价值。In order to hydrolyze the corncob hemicellulose fully,response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to optimize the hydrolysis condition of corncob hemicellulose.Judged by the xylose weight obtained from per gram dry corncob as hydrolysate standard,the impact of hydrolysis temperature,hydrolysis time and concentration of H 2 SO 4 were studied.When the material and liquid ratio was 1:10,the optimum hydrolysis condition were hydrolysis temperature 119.8℃,hydrolysis time 1.5 h,and 1.16% concentration of H 2 SO 4 (v/v).Under this hydrolysis condition,0.31 g xylose was obtained from per gram dry corncob.The optimized hydrolysis condition of corncob hemicellulose raised the yield of xylose and laid a foundation to hydrolyze the corncob hemicellulose fully,which had important application value.
