摘　　要：基于ERP采购管理系统,应用JAVA平台及Oracle10g数据库技术,设计并实施了适合企业要求的电子采购系统,详细论述了该电子采购系统的设计思想、系统特点及关键技术,并简要介绍该系统的应用情况及在企业的信息化发展中所起的作用.Based on ERP Purchase Management system, through application of the JAVA platform and OraclelOg da- tabase technology, Electronic Purchasing System is designed and eveloped which is suitable for our company. The concept of the Electronic Purchasing System, the system features and key technologies are discussed. A brief description of its application and the effect in the enterprise information devel- opment are also introduced.
