鱼腥草预防鼻咽癌放射性口腔溃疡的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨预防鼻咽癌放射性口腔溃疡有效方法。方法将100例鼻咽癌放疗患者分为两组,实验组(50人)为放疗前一周开始每天用鱼腥草泡水当茶饮;对照组(50人)为放疗前开始用生理盐水或朵贝氏液漱口,饮用普通水,严密观察口腔咽喉黏膜情况。结果实验组预防放射性口腔溃疡效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01),实验组3例应用抗生素消炎、止痛和雾化吸入治疗,无1例中止放疗和肠内外补液营养治疗。对照组35例要用抗生素消炎止痛和雾化吸入治疗,20例需中止放疗和肠内外补液营养治疗。结论放疗前一周开始每天用鱼腥草泡水当茶饮,能有效减少鼻咽癌放射性口腔溃疡的发生,此方法操作简单、方便、经济、效果显著,值得临床推广使用。[ Objective ] To research the effective method to prevent the nasopharyngeal cancer radioactive oral ulcer. [Methods] 100 nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy patients are divided into 2 groups, the experimental group （50 people） have a cup of cordate honttuynia every day since a week before the radiotherapy, and the control group （50 people）rinse mouth with the physiological saline or Compound Borax Solution before the radiotherapy, drink the ordinary water, observe the oral pharynx and larynx mucous membrane situation strictly. [ Results ] The ef- fect of preventing the radioactive oral ulcer in experimental group is better than control group obviously （P 〈0.01）, 3 people in experimental group have used the antibiotic sterilization and atomizes the inspiration treatment, no one had to stop the radiotherapy and nutrition treatment inside or outside the intestines. 35 people in control group had to use the antibiotic sterilization and atomizes the inspiration treatment, 20 people need stop radiotherapy and the nutrition treatment. [ Conclusion] Have a cup of cordate houttuynia every day since a week before the radiotherapy can reduce the nasopharyngeal cancer radioactive oral ulcer occurrence effectively. The method is simply, convenient and cheap, and has obvious effect, worth of using it popularity in clinical.
