摘　　要：目的探讨应用多排螺旋CT门静脉造影测定患者曲张食道静脉直径预测其破裂出血的价值。方法 35例肝硬化并食道静脉曲张患者,根据患者发生出血与否分为出血组和未出血组,所有患者均进行了肝静脉压力梯度(HVPG)测定及64排螺旋CT门静脉系统成像检查。结果门静脉高压患者HVPG和曲张食道静脉直径在未出血组显著低于出血组,HVPG与曲张食道静脉直径间明确正相关。结论多排螺旋CT门静脉成像测得的曲张食道静脉直径具有预测EV出血的价值,方法相对简便、准确、无创。[ Objective ] To explore the value of Esophageal Variceal diameter on the risk of esophageal variceal bleeding. [ Methods ] 35 cases o f liver cirrhosis with port a hypertension were divided into bleeding group （n =20） and no bleeding group （n =15）. HVPG according Seldinger method and diameter of esophageal vein according to MSCT were carried out. [ Results ] Both values in no bleeding groups were significantly lower than those in bleeding group. [ Conclusion ] The esophageal vein Width Measurement was convenient and safe and predictive e of EVB.
