丹参川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾衰竭120例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾衰竭的(CR F)疗效。方法将120例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组68例,试验组52例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,再给予静脉点滴丹参川芎嗪注射液30 mL配生理盐水100 mL,以及前列地尔注射液20 ug配生理盐水100 mL,组给予静脉点滴,每日1次,共15 d为一个疗程。结果治疗组血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白(Upro)、尿酸(UA))、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL),肾血流的改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效确切,能延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进程,改善预后。[ Objective ] Observe the effective of Dan Can Chuan Xiong Qin injecta and Platinum Group Elements treat chronic renal failure （CRF）. [Methods] 120 clinique examples of chronic renal failure were random divided into contrast group and treat group. Contrast group has 68 examples and treat group has 52 examples. The contrast group was treated with normal measure for 15 days. The treat group was treated with the normal measure. Meanwhile, 30 ml Dan Can Chuan Xiong Qin injecta match 100 normal saline and 20 ug Platinum Group Elements match 100 normal saline treated chronic renal failure every day for 15 days. [Results] Ser, BUN, proteinuria, UA, TC, TG, LDL, HDL, renal flow of treat group were ameliorated obviously, comparing to the contrast group. The discrepancy has statistics significance （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The measure of Dan Can Chuan Xiong Qin and Platinum Group Elements has evidently effect to treat chronic renal failure. This measure could delay the procession of chronic renal failure and ameliorate prognosis of CRF.
