摘 要:目的探讨自体全层皮肤移植成活过程中植皮片内P物质(SP)的含量的变化规律。方法建立SD大鼠自体全层皮肤移植动物模型,应用放射免疫分析法检测正常皮肤及术后不同时间点皮片内SP的含量。结果放射免疫分析法检测SP含量显示:从植皮术后第1天开始,植皮片内SP含量开始下降,到术后第3天降至术后一个月内最低值,然后SP含量呈缓慢增加,直到术后第30天时,植皮片内SP仍低于术前正常全层皮肤内水平。结论自体全层皮肤移植成活过程中,植皮片内SP含量的变化规律体现了植皮片内感觉神经纤维损伤-修复的过程。Objective To observe the concentration of substance P(SP)in the skin during the take process after full-thickness skin autograft.Methods The model of SD rats full-thickness skin autograft was established.The concentration of SP was examined by using radio immune analysis.Results The concentration of SP reduced at the beginning.About three days after operation,the concentration reached the minium in a month.Then the concentration began to raise.About thirty days after operation,the concentration still not reached the level before operation.Conclusions During the take process of full-thickness skin autograft,the change rules of substance p responsed the wound-repair process of sensory nerve.
