摘　　要：目的:观察PBEF在增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)患者视网膜前膜中的表达,探讨PBEF在糖尿病视网膜病变中的作用机制。方法:收集行玻璃体手术切除的增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜前膜(Preretinal membranes)7例应用HE及免疫荧光染色方法检测PBEF和CD31蛋白表达及定位。结果:HE染色显示视网膜前膜中含有多种细胞成分和新生血管,免疫荧光结果显示PBEF在糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜前膜中有强阳性表达,PBEF与CD31共表达,说明新生血管内皮细胞表达PBEF。结论:在PDR患者视网膜前膜中PBEF的异常表达增高可能促进了增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变视网膜前膜的形成。Objective：To investigate the expression of PBEF in human epiretinal membranes of proliferative diabetic retinopathy（PDR） patients,and to explore the relationship of PBEF and CD31 in the occurrence and development of PDR.Methods：7 cases of epiretinal membranes were obtained during vitrctomy from patients with PDR.Immunifluorescence and HE staining analyses were proformed to determine the expression of PBEF and CD31 in the epiretinal membranes.Rescults：HE staining showed there were many defferent cell types and neovessels in membranes.Immunofluorescence analysis showed PBEF expressed in most of the cells in the epiretinal membranes from PDR,including the colocalization of PBEF and CD31,an endothelial cell maker.Conclusion：PBEF was detected in all excised fibrovascular membranes,which suggest that they may be played an important role in the control of the epiretinal membranes growth with PDR patients.
