摘 要:研究了以水合硫酸铁为催化剂、乳酸和环己醇在微波辐射下进行酯化反应时,醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、微波功率等因素对酯化率的影响.结果表明:当醇酸物质的量比为2∶1、催化剂水合硫酸铁用量为2.5g、反应时间为25 min、带水剂环己烷用量为6 mL、微波功率为640 W时,酯化率达到91.9%,为该酯化反应的最佳条件.The synthesis of cyclohexanol and lactic acid as reactants,ferric sulfate hydrate as catalysts under microwave irradiation has been studied.The influence conditions on yield of esterification,such as the ratio of cyclohexanol to lactic acid,the reaction time,the amount of catalyst,the optimum volume of water-taking agent,and microwave power were investigated.The result indicated that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:ratio of alcohol to acid was 2∶1,the use level of catalyst ferric sulfate hydrate was 2.5 g/0.05 mol,reaction time was 25 min,water-taking agent cyclohexane was 6 mL,and microwave power was 640 W.Under such conditions the esterification rate could reach 91.9%.
