摘 要:设计工作中完善选材目标的实现须要同时满足若干约束条件,其中一些经常相互牵制。而材料手册上一般是以单参数分项列表形式提供各种材料的特性参数的,因此直接用手册上所罗列的数据难以全面地完成优化选材的要求。本文探讨如何实现优化选材的分析原理和实施步骤。按此途径,可以在电子计算机上实现。It is necessary to meet with several constraints (or design criteria) simultaneously in the materials selection of a design project. But usually, the properties of materials are listed in handbooks in the form of tables with single parameter in each column and without any expressible connexion between these different properties. Therefore, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to get optimized results on materials selection from discrete data in these tables directly. In this paper the author discusses the way how this optimization problem in materials selection should be analysed and manipulated. In fact, this problem can be implemented on an electronic computer according to the principle and method suggested here.
