高职院校学生体质健康测试成绩分析研究——以昆明冶金高等专科学校2008级学生为例

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、测量法及数理统计法,以昆明冶金高等专科学校2008级学生在校期间三年的《国家学生体质健康标准》测试成绩为样本,分别对各年级男、女生的身高体重、肺活量、台阶试验、立定跳远、坐位体前屈和握力的等级进行了统计分析研究。针对统计结果和结论,结合高职院校实际情况,提出提高学生体质健康各项指标成绩、促进学生体质健康的建议和措施。Through using the method of literature,survey and mathematical statistics,according to National Student Physical Health Standard,taking the three-year test results of Grade 2008 students in Kunming College Metallurgy for the sample,the paper makes analysis and statistics concerning in height and weight,vital capacity,step test,standing long jump,sit and reach and grip strength respectively.According to the statistical results and conclusions,combining with the actual situation in higher vocational colleges,the paper puts forward suggestions and measures to improve and promote the students＇ physical health.
