摘  要:为提高新榛1号、新榛2号、新榛3号、新榛4号4个杂交榛树品种压条繁殖效率和商品苗率,分别用1 000mg/L IBA、1 250mg/L IBA、1 500mg/L IBA、1 000mg/L ABT、1 250mg/L ABT、1 500mg/L ABT处理4个品种的榛树枝条。结果表明,杂交榛品种、生长素种类及浓度间的生根率、根数量、一级侧根根径存在显著性差异,一级侧根的根长无显著差异;4个杂交榛良种生根效果优劣排序为:新榛2号>新榛1号>新榛3号>新榛4号;IBA的处理效果明显优于ABT;而不同浓度使用效果的排序为1 250mg/L>1 000mg/L>1 500mg/L;新榛1号、新榛2号、新榛3号采用1 250mg/L IBA处理效果较好,而新榛4号用1 000mg/L IBA处理效果最佳。The experiment was conducted to treat the four hybrid varieties of Xinzhen hazel layering,re- spectively using 1 000 mg/L IBA,1 250 mg/L IBA,1 500 mg/L IBA,1 000 mg/L ABT,1 250 mg/L ABT, 1 500 mg/L ABT in order to improve the layering reproduction effect and percentage of commorcial seed- lings of the four hazel varieties : Xinzhen hazel 1, Xinzhen hazel 2, Xinzhen hazel 3, Xinzhen hazel 4. The re- sults indicated that there were significant differences of rooting rate, root quantity,level 1 lateral root diam- eter between hazel hybrid varieties with different type and concentration of hormone. There were no signif- icant differences between root length of level 1 lateral root. The sequence of good and bad rooting effect of the four improved hybrid varieties was as follows:Xinzhen hazel 2~Xinzhen hazel 1)Xinzhen hazel 3~ Xinzhen hazel 4;The treatment effect of IBA was significantly better than that of ABT;therefore,the se- quence of application effect of different concentration was as follows: 1 250 mg/L)l 000 mg/L)1 500 mg/L; The treatment effect of Xinzhen hazel 1 ,Xinzhen hazel 2 ,Xinzhen hazel 3 treated with 1 250 mg/L IBA was better. Therefore,the effect of Xinzhen hazel 4 treated with 1 000 mg/L IBA was the best.
