摘 要:目的获得安国产白术挥发油化学成分信息。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白术挥发油,用GC-MS技术对白术挥发油化学成分进行分析。结果安国产白术挥发油共鉴定出13个化合物,占挥发油总成分的88.73%,其中以1-Naphthalenol,1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-octahydro-4a,8-dimethyl-2-(2-propenyl)-含量最高。结论河北安国产白术药材挥发油成分与既往文献报道的其它产地白术挥发油成分有明显不同。: Objective: To obtain the information of chemical constituents of volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. in Anguo. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from Atractylocles maerocephala Koidz. through steam distillation method. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were identified by C,C-MS technology. Result: 13 compounds constituting 88.73% of volatile oil of Atraetylodes macrocephala Koidz. in Anguo were identified. 1-Naphthalenol, l,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-octahydro-4a,8-dimethyl-2-(2- propenyl)- among them was the richest. Conclusion: The volatile oil of Atractylodes maerocephala Koidz. in Hebei Anguo has a markedly different from those of Atractylodes macroeephala Koidz. in other origin that have reported in literature.
