摘　　要：目的：分析入境人员中外籍新娘艾滋病流行情况,为涉外婚姻制定有效的应对策略提供科学依据。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对入境人员血清标本进行HIV抗体筛查,阳性标本送福建出入境检验检疫局艾滋病确认实验室,采用免疫印迹法进行确认。对HIV抗体阳性者进行个案流行病学调查。结果：不2010年6月~2011年8月龙岩地区入境人员中外籍新娘HIV抗体阳性者的检出率为0.91%,比2001~2003年龙岩地区高危人群的HIV抗体阳性检出率高。结论：应规范涉外婚姻婚前体检,并加强对涉外婚姻人员的随访监测。Objective： Analysing the AIDS epidemic situation of immigration personnel in foreign bride, to provide a scientific basis of developing effective coping strategies for Foreign marriage. Methods： Using the ELISA screening test to Screen the entry serum samples, sending the Positive samples to Fujian entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau AIDS confirmed lab for Confirmation with Western blot , epidemiological investigation on HIV antibody positive case. Results： The HIV antibody positive detection rate of Foreign bride in Longyan immigration officers was 0.91% from 2010.6 -2011.8, more higher than the HIV antibody positive rate among high-risk population in Longyan from 2001-2003. Conclusions： We should standardize the foreign-related marriage premarital physical examination; and Strengthen the follow-up monitoring of foreign marriage personnel
