论我国政民关系调整中的执政党自觉

摘　　要：善治理念的推广让政民双方地位的平等成为未来发展的必然趋势。中国共产党是中国唯一的执政党,中国政府是在中国共产党领导下的政府。作为执政党的中国共产党,需要不断提升自身执政能力,从而推动政民关系的和谐发展。文章指出新型政民关系的调整需要执政党自觉来保障,重点剖析了我国执政党角色缺失的原因,探讨了执政党当前所面临的挑战并积极探寻对策思路,并对我国执政党自觉提出了一些设想。The improvement of the idea of good governance becomes the inevitable trend of future development for the government and the people to promote the status of both the progressive equality.The Communist Party of China is our ruling party;our government is under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party.As the ruling party of the Communist Party of China,they need to constantly improve its ruling ability,so as to promote the harmonious development of the relationship between the government and the people.This paper first points out that the new relations between the government and citizens adjustment requires the ruling party to guarantee.It focus on the analysis of the reasons for the lack of the ruling party of China,discusses current challenges and to actively explore the countermeasure train of thought,and to our Party＇s consciousness and puts forward some ideas.
