摘 要:本文对硅溶胶一氯氧镁复合壳型材料的配比及制备工艺进行了研究,分析了不同涂料的性能,并系统地讨论了相关成分对复合壳型的性能影响,对比分析了不同壳型的表面质量及性能。结果表明,该复合壳型工艺简单、制壳周期短,制得壳型表面质量好且其常温强度比全硅溶胶壳型强度高,高温强度为硅溶胶壳型的71%,溃散性好,完全能够满足铝、镁合金铸件的浇注要求。This article researched the material formula and preparing technology of silica sol --Magnesium chloride oxygen composite shell, analyzed the performance of different coating, systematically discussed the impact of relevant components on the performance of composite shell, and analyzed comparatively the surface quality and performance of different shells. The re- sults demonstrate that the composite shell has many advantages as follows: simple manufacturing process, short production term, good surface quality and higher strength at atmospheric temperature than the silica sol shell. The high temperature strength accounted for 71% of the silica sol shell, but the retained strength is low. The composite shell can be completely used in Aluminum alloy and Magnesium alloy satisfying the requirements of pouring.
