摘 要:建立了螺距相于簧径拉伸后的螺旋卷长度和扭转圈数计算的数学模型。分析发现,当螺距与簧径相等时,螺旋卷长度与丝线长度的比值近似一个与簧径和丝径无关的常量,约等于0.3033。依据上述理论,创新性地提出了螺距与簧径相等的螺旋卷长度比值法拉伸工艺,解决了螺旋卷拉伸过程中同时存在弹、塑性变形而难于实现螺距与簧径相等及扭转控制的工艺难题。The new calculating models of metal rubber material spiral reel's length and turning circles are educed; to analyze and discover that the ratio, which is irrelative to the spring diameter and wire diameter, between spiral reel's length and its wire's length is approximately a constant 0. 3033 as the pitch of spiral reel is equal to its diameter. According to the theory above, originally put forwards the spiral reel stretching method of lengths^ratio, which solve the problem of being difficult of making the pitch of spiral reels equal to its diameter due to the concurrence of elasticity and plasticity when the spiral reels are stretched, and control the phenomena of wringing the spiral reels together.
