摘  要:在用整个试验期间的气温确定各虫态历期的方法进行小菜蛾Plutella xylostella(L.)生命表数据分析时,所计算出来的未防治田某些虫态的存活率有大于1的不正常现象。为此,提出了一种新的分析方法。首先,将每次调查到的各虫态的数量(Nis)都用公式进行如下计算:每个虫态的期中值Nim=(Nis·D)/Ti;每个虫态的初始值Nib=(Ti-1·Nim+Ti·N(i-1)m/(Ti+Ti-1)。公式中,每个虫态的历期(Ti)是以每次调查期间的气温,而不是整个试验期间的气温确定的。然后,将每个虫态的初始值进行累加用以求出各个虫态的存活率。其余方法与原方法相同。用9个生命表的调查数据进行了测试,并与原方法进行了比较。对其意义和问题也进行了讨论。When the life table data was analyzed, survival rate of some stages of Diamondback moth (DBM), Plutella xylostella (L.) in no -control filed are more than 1 deviant, in which the duration of each stages calculated by temperature during investigation. Therefore, new analyses methods have been proposed. Each stage numbers (Nis) of each survey data had been calculated by formulae at first : each stage number of metaphase Nim = (Nis. D) / Ti and each stage number of begin Nib = (Ti-1 · Nim + Ti · N(i-1)m/ (Ti +Ti-1). The duration of each stage (Ti) was estimated by the temperature during each survey, not during the whole investigation. Then the begin number of each stage (i) had been ac- cumulated for calculation of each stage survival rate. The rest methods were as same as original methods. It had been tested and compared with original method used 9 life tables data. Its meaning and problem had been discussed.
