摘　　要：乌江渡发电厂老厂增容改造工程3台机组于2005年全部投产，自投运以来均出现各种故障，如增容机组调速系统油压低、转子磁极绝缘被击穿、工作密封漏水大、大轴中心补气阀漏水、接力器漏油等。对于主辅设备出现的这些问题进行了分析，有针对性地采取了解决措施，保证了机组的稳定运行。The 3 units of the uprated project of Wujiangdu Hydropower Plant were put into full operation in 2005. There had been varies failures since they were put into full operation, such as low oil pressure of gov- ernor system, rotor magnetic pole insulation breakdown, sealing leakage, leakage of fill valve in large shaft center, servomotor oil spill, and so on. Wujiangdu Hydropower Plant has analyzed the problems in the main and auxiliary equipments, then pointedly taken some solution measures, guaranteed the steady operation of the units.
