摘　　要：2011年是缅甸政府向民选政府转型后的第一年,政治上,新的议会和政府成立后运转正常,同时继续积极推动政治改革;经济上,缅甸私有化进程加快,外贸和外资也出现了良好的增长势头;外交方面的进展尤为明显,与美国、欧盟等西方国家关系打破了僵局,与中国建立了全面战略合作伙伴关系,与印度、日本和东盟关系不断深化。2011 is the first year for Myanmar＇s civil government to govern the country. Politically, the new parliament and government have operated normally after their establishment while continued to promote political reform actively. Economically, the privatization process has been speed up while foreign trade and investment has shown a good momentum of growth. Myanmar ＇ s achievements in diplomacy are particularly evident. It has not only broken the deadlocks in its relations with West like the U.S. and the EU, but also has established comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership with China and deepened relations with India, Japan and ASEAN.
