摘　　要：智库的生命力和价值在于其影响力,通过考察欧美等国家智库参与社会重大决策中的实践,基于政策网络理论构建了一个分析智库影响力的传递渠道和形成机制的综合性框架。在对制约我国智库发展的主要制度障碍和问题分析的基础上,提出加快我国智库发展的体制机制创新策略。The vitality and value of the think tank lies in its influence. Through the study of the practice of think tank＇s participation in social great decision-making in Europe and the United States and other countries, this paper construct an integrated framework to analyze the transmission channel and formation mechanism of the influence of the think tank. On the basis of the analysis on the main institutional obstacles and problems that restrict the development of the think tank in our country, the paper puts forward to the innovation strategy to accelerate the development of think tank in our country.
