摘　　要：健康风险已成为农村居民面临的主要风险,该文以健康风险为切入点,探讨良好的健康状态对人类生存和发展的重要性,回顾了目前农户面临的健康风险因素及健康风险应对策略的相关研究,综述了健康风险与贫困的关系,在此基础上提出了新型农村合作医疗在应对健康经济风险中的作用。Health risk is the farmers＇prineipal risk in rural China. In this paper, the importance of good health to human survival and development was discussed, the health risks which the households faced with and the strategies for dealing with the risks were summarized, and the relationship between health risk and poverty was analyzed. In addition, the role of New Rural Cooperative Medical System in avoiding health risk was proposed.
