摘 要:针对滑动轴承内润滑油流动复杂的特点,提出基于雷诺方程的滑动轴承内润滑油流动特性的数值求解方法。对滑动轴承内润滑油流动情况进行数值模拟计算,得到不同供油压力下的润滑油流量特性和压力分布,并利用润滑油系统试验台进行滑动轴承缩比实验验证。数值模拟计算结果与缩比模型实验结果吻合较好,验证了数值模拟计算方法的可靠性,同时也验证了缩比模型实验方案的正确性,为进一步分析研究滑动轴承润滑技术提供了理论和实验支持。Aimed at the complex oil flow characteristics in sliding bearings, a numerical method based on Reynolds equation was presented to solve oil flow characteristics in the bearing. The characteristics of oil flow in sliding bearing was simulated to study the oil flux and pressure distribution under different oil pressure, and the scale experiment verification of sliding bearing was made on the oil system test bench. The numerical calculation results agreed well with the experimental results of the scale model of sliding bearing, which verified the numerical calculation method and the experimental method of scale model of sliding bearing. The theoretical and experimental foundation is provided for the lubrication technology analysis and research of sliding bearing.
