摘 要:探讨胶辊处理方法对细纱条干的影响。试验对比分析了不同胶辊处理方法、AB涂料比例以及抗静电剂用量对条干、抗绕性及波谱图的影响。结果表明:表面不处理胶辊有利于改善细纱条干,但易造成纤维缠胶辊的现象。胶辊表面经过涂料和抗静电剂处理后其抗绕性得到增强,但对纤维的控制能力减弱,使条干恶化,且涂料浓度越大、抗静电剂用量越多,条干的恶化程度越严重。认为,应根据情况选择合适的胶辊处理工艺,改进胶辊磨砺质量,在保证生产顺利的前提下提高成纱条干水平。Effect of rubber-covered roll treatment on spinning yarn evenness was discussed. Effect of different rub- ber-covered roll treatment method, AB paint ratio and antistatic agent dosage on evenness, anti-winding and spectrogram were contrasted and analyzed. The result shows that spinning evenness can be improved by using surface untreated rub- ber-covered ro11, while phenomenon of fiber winding is easily occurred. Anti-winding property of rubber-covered roll can be strengthened by paint and antistatic agent, while control fiber force is reduced, evenness is deteriorated. The more an- tistatic agent, larger paint concentration, the worse evenness deterioration. It is considered that proper rubber-covered treatment processing should be selected according to the situations, rubber-covered roll grinding quality should be modi- fied, spinning evenness should be ensured before keeping production successfully.
