摘 要:探讨PK2025型摇架的使用性能。介绍了PK2025型摇架的技术规格及性能特点,与国产YJ142型摇架进行了对比试验,并对有关纺纱工艺参数进行了优选试验。结果表明:PK2025型摇架在纺纱质量及降低细纱断头率方面优于YJ142型摇架,但也存在摇架臂抬起角度较小、不利操作、配套胶辊硬度低、耐磨性较差等问题。认为:加压锭差小、配套胶辊质量好是该摇架成纱质量较优的主要原因,使用中应注意优化有关工艺参数,合理配置胶辊硬度,以获得更好的纺纱效果。Application property of PK2025 spinning cradle was discussed. Technology characteristics and perform- ance of PK2025 spinning cradle were introduced. Comparing to domestic YJ142 spinning cradle, tests were contrasted, related spinning parameter were optimized. The result shows that PK2025 spinning cradle is better than that of YJ142 spinning cradle in aspect of spinning quality and reducing spinning breakages. There are some problems existed in PK2025 spinning cradle, such as less cradle arm angle, inconvenient in operation,lower hardness and worse wear-resist- ance of supporting rubber-covered roll eet. It is considered that advantages of PK2025 spinning cradle including smaller differences among spindles, better quality of supporting rubber-covered roll. Related parameter should be optimized in application, rubber-covered roll hardness should be selected rationally to ensure better spinning effect.
