摘　　要：探讨A2纱疵产生原因及控制方法。分析了棉纱短粗节纱疵的控制现状,找出A2纱疵产生的根源,并通过在纺纱生产过程中的关键工序采取有效的控制措施,即制定合理的配棉工艺,对半制品、成品质量实施标准化控制等措施,最终使A2纱疵得到有效控制,布面质量得到保证。Causes and control methods of A2 yarn defects were discussed. Development status of cotton yarn short thick place defects was analyzed. Causes of A2 yarn defects were found out. Effective measures were adopted in key process of production line i. e. making rational cotton-assorting processing, adopting standard control of semi-product and product ect. Finally A2 defects can be controlled effectively and fabric surface can be ensured.
