涡流纺车间空调除尘配置分析

摘　　要：探讨涡流纺车间空调除尘配置要求。针对涡流纺纱机的生产特点,介绍了涡流纺品种、设备和工艺对空调及厂房的要求,分析对比了几种工艺排风过滤设备和空调回风过滤设备的性能特点。结果表明:涡流纺车间对工艺排风风量和压力的稳定性要求较高,在空调配置上应将工艺排风和空调回风分别采用不同的系统处理,在除尘配置上采用JYW型卧式转笼过滤器较为理想。Configuration demands of air-conditioning ＆ dust-filtering equipment in vortex spinning workshop were discussed. According to production property of vortex spinning machine, requirements of workshop and air-conditioning for vortex spinning variety, equipment and processing were introduced. Properties of several processing exhaust filtering equipments and air-conditioning return air filtering equipments were analyzed and contrasted. The result shows that de- mands of vortex spinning workshop to processing exhaust volume and pressure stable is higher, different dealing system should be adopted respectively in air-conditioning configuration processing exhaust and air-conditioning return air. It is i- deal to adopt JYW horizontal turning cage filter in dust-filtering configuration.
