摘 要:暂堵性堵漏是针对缝洞型储层漏失控制提出的新技术,具有堵漏剂粒度分布广、固相粒子架桥快速、形成的封堵层致密并可以双向承压等特点。人工制成了缝宽为150μm的缝洞岩样,在暂堵性堵漏机理的基础上,优选了封堵150μm缝宽裂缝的暂堵性堵漏材料,进行了"架桥粒子粒径"、"架桥粒子加量"和"变形粒子加量"的3因素3水平正交试验。试验结果表明,架桥粒子与裂缝宽度匹配关系为1∶1、架桥粒子体积分数为2.0%、变形粒子体积分数为1.5%是最佳复配组合。用端面为缝和端面为洞两类缝宽150μm的缝洞人工岩样,进行了动态损害评价试验和酸溶解除滤饼试验。试验结果表明,优化配方均在3min内形成暂堵率达99.999 9%的滤饼,其承压能力至少为12MPa,自然返排恢复率大于65%,酸溶助排恢复率达85%以上,较好地实现了暂堵性堵漏目的。Temporary seahng 1s a new technical trena in lOSS control in iracmreavuggy rebervoir, which has the characteristics of widely ranged particle sizes, fast bridging of solid particle, compact seal, bi directional bearing pressure and so on. Fracturedvuggy core was made through choosing excellent tempo rary sealing materials for fracture width of 150 um. Three factors and three levels of orthogonal experi ments including bridging particle size, bridging particle quantities, and deformed particle quantities were performed. The results showed that the compound with particles and the fractured width of 1 : 1,bridging particle concentration of 2%, and deformed particle concentration of 1.5% are the optimal testing index. Dynamic damage evaluation test and acid-solution cake removal test were carried out using two kinds of fracturedvuggy cores with fracture width of 150 um, one end fracture and the other end vugs. The test shows that the optimized formulation can all formed cakes in 3 minutes with temporary plugging rate of 99. 999 9% ,the pressureresistance no less than 12 MPa, natural flowback recovery rate over 65%, acid cleanup recovery rate over 85%, the temporary sealing is realized.
