摘　　要：对医疗费用的异常检测做出一个分析方案。通过SQL Server 2008挖掘平台,利用期望最大化数据挖掘算法,结合小概率事件原理对医疗费用是否异常做检测分析,并把结果通过报表展示出来。该方案能够对医疗费用数据从总体上进行挖掘,提高数据分析效率,并且为医疗异常费用的稽查提供有力的依据。This paper makes an analysis method for the detection of abnormal medical expenses. It uses expectation maximization algorithm of SQL Server 2008 data mining platform, combines with small probability events principle to analyze the data of medi- cal expenses. At last it shows the results with the statements of reporting services. This method can mine the data of medical ex- pense in general, it improves the efficiency of data analysis and provides effective evidence for the auditing abnormal expense of medical.
