摘　　要：综述了热沉和热电制冷器应用于LED热管理及其材料和性能优化的研究进展,提出热沉的组合使用可有效降低热电制冷器热端的温度,提高其制冷性能,而热电制冷器和热沉组合散热的性能评价与优化将是该领域未来的研究方向.The thermal management of LED,materials and performance optimization of heatsink and thermoelectric cooler（TEC） were reviewed.Then put forward that the heatsink can be applied to decrease the hot-side temperature and then enhances the cooling capacity of TEC,and performance evaluation and optimization of combining cooling is the main direction of this field.
