头孢曲松治疗导管相关性菌血症疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究头孢曲松对导管相关性菌血症(CRB)疗效。方法入选终末期肾脏病(ESRD)血液透析患者23例,均诊断为CRB,常规行导管血培养和外周静脉血培养后,予头孢曲松+肝素钠+生理盐水(配成头孢曲松浓度50 g.L-1、肝素25 g.L-1)封管并静脉应用头孢曲松全身抗感染治疗。结果头孢曲松治疗CRB治愈率78%(18/23)。结论头孢曲松治疗CRB治愈率高,可作为经验性用药。Objective To research the ceftriaxone treatment on the efficacy of catheter-related bacteremia.Methods 23 end-stage renal disease hemodialysis patients were selected with catheter-related bacteremia.After both routine catheter and peripheral venous blood were cultured,ceftriaxone＋heparin＋saline（ceftiaxone 50 g·L-1,heparin 25 g·L-1 were used to seal the tube and intravenous ceftriaxone systemic anti-infective therapy were uesd.Results The cure rate of Ceftriaxone treatment of catheter-related bacteremia was 78%（18/23 patients）.Conclusion Ceftriaxone treatment of catheter-related bacteremia was with high cure rate,And can be used as empirical therapy.
