摘  要:研究了起始剂对高速纺丝油剂用聚醚性能的影响。起始剂碳链增长,润湿速度极大提高,表面张力和浊点下降,乳化和起泡能力提高。辛醇聚醚是优良的润湿剂。酯醚与醇醚在润湿、表面张力、浊点、乳化、起泡和消泡等方面都有明显变化,但支链与直链聚醚的性能区别不大。The influence of starting agents structure was studied on the copolyether properties of high-speed spinning finish. The increasing of starting agent chian length results in copolyether wetting ability enhancing greatly,surface tension and cloud point decreasing,in addition to foaming ability and emulsibility increasing. Octanol copolyether is a good wetting agent. Polybutanol EO/PO ethers and polybutanoic emulsibilities,foaming and defoaming abilities, etc.,but polyethers of starting agent with branch chain and linear chain both have eventually similar properties.
