摘  要:油藏工程的物质平衡方法不需要考虑储层内部的复杂结构,仅根据储层内压力变化和累计注、采量就可以计算出缝洞单元的储量,运用的难点是如何确定储层内压力的变化。针对塔河油田实施的注水替油这种特殊开采方式,根据注水阶段的注入量和井口压力的响应特征,由井口压力折算井底流压,再根据井底流压变化计算地层压力的变化,从而计算出注采单元的单井控制储量。同时,分析该方法的参数及计算结果的适用范围和可能产生的误差,研究结果为缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏储量计算找到了一种新方法。By the material balance method of reservoir engineering in which the internal complex structure does need to be taken into consideration,and reserves in fractured-cavity units can be calculated only by pressure variation,cumulative injection and production.Its application difficulty is how to determine the pressure variation.A special recovery method called water flooding and oil replacement is implemented for Tahe oilfield.Aiming at the method,a flowing bottomhole pressure is converted from wellhead pressure according to response characteristics of wellhead pressure and injection rate during water injection.Then,pressure variation is calculated from flowing bottomhole pressure,thus the single-well controlled reserves of injection-production unit are calculated.Meanwhile,this paper also analyzes the method's parameters,application scope of calculation results,and possible errors.Results may provide a new method for calculating reserves of fractured-cavity carbonate reservoirs.
