摘 要:目的:降低灭菌器B-D测试假阴性风险,利用图像熵定量分析B-D试纸。方法:在合格的B-D试验中,随机取100锅次阴性B-D测试纸,转换为数字图像,利用MATLAB编程分别计算其图像熵值。结果:在实验的100份样本中,11份样本熵值处于5.890 1~5.950 2;80份样本熵值处于5.950 3~6.012 0;9份样本熵值为6.012 1~6.022 2,其中有3份变色轻微不均匀。结论:图像平均熵值算法结合人工分析能更加精确地检测灭菌器B-D试验的结果。Objeotive To check Bowie-dicktest(B-D) test strips quantitatively by using image entropy so as to reduce false negative risk of B-D test for the sterilizer. In the past data of qualified B-D trial, 100 pot times negative B-D test strips were randomly selected, converted to digital images, and the image entropy was calculated respectively using MATLAB program. In the 100 samples for experiment, the entropy of 11 samples was between 5.8901 and 5.9502; that of 80 samples was between 5.9503 and 6.0120; and that of 9 samples was between 6.0121 and 6.0222, with 3 samples of slightly uneven color. The image entropy value analysis combined with manual analysis can more accurately detect B-D test results for the sterilizer.
