摘　　要：目的:对迈瑞BC-5300血液细胞分析仪技术性能进行测试评价。方法:用体检和住院患者的静脉血标本,按国际血液学标准化委员会(ICSH)已公布的评价方法对迈瑞BC-5300全血细胞计数仪的精密度、线性、携带污染率及形态学异常的血液病标本的检出率等多项指标进行测定。结果:迈瑞BC-5300血细胞分析仪各项参数的本底计数均达到厂商设计规定的要求;各参数的携带污染率低(0.0%～1.0%);其检测WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT的线性及重复性良好,变异系数均小于4%;其白细胞分类计数与显微镜目测中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞结果的相关系数(r)分别为0.954、0.950、0.873、0.976及0.853;其对形态异常血细胞的检出敏感性为100%,特异性为83%。结论:BC-5300血细胞分析仪分析性能良好,能较好地满足临床血液常规的检验要求,可用于各型医院实验室对批量全血标本血细胞分析进行有效的筛选。Objective To evaluate of the performance of the Mindray BC-5300 automated hematology analyzer. Methods The evaluation was performed by using guidelines established by the International Committee for Standardization Haematology （ICSH）. Precision, linearity, carryover and the discover rate of morphologie abnormalities were analyzed. The background counts were lower than the design. The carryover was low （0.0%-1.0%）. Linearity and repeatability of WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, PLT were good, coefficient of variation was less than 4%. The results of differential were excellent correlate with manual. The specificity for morphologie abnormalities was 83%, and the sensitivity was 100%. Conclusion The performance of Mindray BC-5300 hematology analyzer is adequate for clinical demand, so it can be used for various types of hospital laboratory for the blood samples analysis.
