摘　　要：文化体制改革与中国特色社会主义文化建设紧密相关、高度统一,文化体制改革丰富了中国特色社会主义文化理论体系,完善了中国特色社会主义文化的制度体系,增强了中国特色社会主义的文化软实力。紧扣当前文化体制改革的热点问题指出:在社会转型期内我国的文化体制还有诸多方面没有理顺,中国特色社会主义文化建设能够为文化体制改革提供思想保障和引领作用,推进文化体制改革必须坚持中国特色社会主义文化建设的根本要求。树立中国特色社会主义文化发展的先进理念,实现文化体制建设的全面创新,转变政府职能,推进理论创新,培育市场体系,推进社会主义文化市场的发展与繁荣,对深化文化体制改革,促进文化产业发展具有一定的现实意义。Cultural restructuring and the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics are highly related and united.Cultural restructuring has enriched the theory and completed the system of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,and strengthened the cultural soft power of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Surrounding the current hot issues of cultural restructuring,this paper points out that in the period of social transformation,many aspects of our cultural system have not been straightened out.However,the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics can provide the ideological guidance for cultural restructuring.The advancing of cultural restructuring must stick to the basic requirements of the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.In deepening cultural restructuring and promoting the development of culture industry,it is of realistic significance to foster an advanced theory of the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,to realize the all-round innovation of cultural system construction,to transform government function,and to cultivate market system and promote socialist culture market.
